Nonthaburi: Monk-beating red shirts surrender

NONTHABURI — Four red shirts supporters – three men and a woman – turned themselves in to Nonthaburi police on Tuesday after a monk was assaulted during a Monday protest rally at the National Anti-Corruption Commission.
