A heavy drinker suffered sobering injuries when he got on the nerves of an 18-year-old female elephant yesterday afternoon.

Jenny, from the Pattaya Elephant Village, is described as generally placid and playful, except when it comes to one particular person – 46-year-old Khun Somjit – whose drunken escapades have often caused disruption at the East Pattaya tourist attraction.
