Indian businessman to sue Thai government on deportation order

BANGKOK, Feb 5 – Businessman Satish Sehgal, an active anti-government protester, is suing the Centre for Managing Peace and Order (CMPO) which announced his deportation for violating the Emergency Decree.

CMPO declared yesterday that it would instruct the Immigration Bureau to deport Mr Satish.
