A Russian tourist discovered that the hazards of Jet Skis in Pattaya extend beyond paying a small fortune for non-existent damage. The 78-year-old suffered a broken leg when an erratically driven vessel was driven right out of the water and onto the beach at speed.

The Indian driver, 28-year-old Katen Petan, had already been warned about his driving when he rented the jet ski and had already driven into one of the swimming areas on Pattaya Beach.
