Thai Army chief says soldiers will intervene only if violence is uncontrollable
Army commander-in-chief Gen Prayuth Chan-ocha said this morning that the declaration of the state of emergency is the power of the Administration.
He said under the state of emergency, the police would play leading role in keeping and order.
