The United Front for Democracy against Dictatorship has called off its mass rally scheduled to take place at the provincial stadium in Ayutthaya on Tuesday to show support for the government.

Mr Surachet Chaikosol, a red-shirt co-leader in Ayutthaya, said Monday that he was notified by the UDD that the planned mass rally was cancelled because Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra had announced the dissolution of the House to hand over the power back to the people.
