A 24 year old man was arrested early on Sunday Morning accused of sexually assaulting a 7 year old boy of mixed-race in an area of wasteland behind a convenience store in Central Pattaya, allegations the suspect vehemently denies.

Police were called by the Thai Mother and Foreign Father of the boy following the discovery of a mobile phone at the scene of the alleged assault.
