Bangkok police officer wanted for cruel rape of Laotian worker

At 1pm yesterday, a Bangkok police officer suspected of a brutal rape fled the Thong Lor station right before Samut Prakan investigators raided his workplace to execute an arrest warrant against him.

Police went on the hunt for Pol Sub Lt Thatree Suebsaman, 53, after Nattanan Wongpracharat, a 32-year-old noodle vendor, brought a Laotian worker in her employ to file a complaint with Samut Prakan police.
