The official website of the Cultural Ministry of Thailand was still off the air on Wednesday, as police continued to hunt for hackers who tampered with the website yesterday and again today.

The Ministry’s permanent secretary Prisana Pongtatpitakkul said the hacking violates the Computer Act and the hacker or hackers could face a jail term of not more than one year or a fine of not over Bt20,000 or both.
