On Thursday an apparent revenge attack on a Prison Guard occurred at the Guard’s house close to the Pattaya Remand Prison.

Initial investigations suggest a fellow Guard, currently suspended from duty due to a drug-related incident, may somehow be involved. In the early hours of Thursday as Khun Wootipan aged 37 slept, he was awoken by the sound of Machine Gun fire.
