A bald British retiree was drugged with a strong hypnotic by a young woman wearing a hat who stole his belongings worth 400,000 THB. The woman is on the run and the police on the case.

Pattaya (January 29, 2012) [PDN] Pol. Maj. Kreangkrai Wuthbuakla, Pattaya police station was notified by a staff from Jasmine Villa Hotel at 33/148-149 Moo 10 Soi Buakhao, Banglamung, Chonburi province that a foreigner in room 105 intoxicated by a hypnotic drug was in need of assistance.
