CHIANG RAI, Dec 12 – Temperatures in Thailand’s north and northeast has moved to sustained low levels, while residents in the south are warned of likely rain, strong winds and flash floods.

Temperatures in Chiang Rai, particularly Mae Fa Luang district, have remained lower than 10 degrees Celsius for several days due to its high elevation and hilly geography.
