CAT Telecom is planning to file a lawsuit with the Administrative Court in response to the launch of DTAC’s commercial launch of its 3G service.

DTAC launchs its third-generation broadband service today, allowing subscribers with unlimited internet package to use the 3G service immediately.

CAT Telecom CEO, Jirayuth Rungsritong, revealed DTAC was notified by CAT Telecom last week not to launch commercial 3G services under the concession from CAT Telecom.

Jirayuth said DTAC must suspend its 3G service until the company receives an official permission from CAT Telecom.
