Thailand to extradite alleged Russian arms dealer to US

Thailand’s government has approved the extradition of alleged Russian arms dealer Viktor Bout to the United States on terrorism charges, the prime minister said Tuesday.

“The cabinet has approved the extradition of Bout,” Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva told reporters. “He will be extradited whenever the US is ready.”
