Women will do anything to give themselves that extra edge, as seen by the most recent show.
Jessica visited Thailand and was told that eating fried worms would help her lose weight, so that is exactly what she did.
She visited a market in Bangkok and stopped at a food stall selling fried worms, crickets and cockroaches.
