PHUKET — A Brazilian tourist was arrested in Patong in the early hours of August 23 after climbing onto the roof of a massage parlour on Thaweewong Road and engaging in erratic behavior that required police intervention.

The tourist was arrested on charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct, handcuffed, and restrained before being transferred to Patong Police Station for legal processing. Authorities emphasized that his actions posed a risk to both himself and the public.
