Nine nightclubs and bars ordered closed for five years

The Royal Thai Police yesterday (Jan 30) ordered the closure of nine nightclubs and bars for five years after they were found to repeatedly commit same offences during the past years.

Ordering the night entertainment venues to cease business for five years was the Royal Thai Police commissioner Pol Gen Chakthip Chaijinda after the Metropolitan Police Bureau commissioner proposed 12 venues to be closed.
