Japan’s Emperor and Imperial Family mourn late King of Thailand

TOKYO, 16 October 2016 (NNT) – Japan’s Emperor Akihito and Empress Michiko are mourning the passing of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej of Thailand, the Imperial Household Agency has announced.

The Imperial Household Agency said the Emperor and the Empress have been mourning the demise of King Bhumibol since Thursday night, October 13th. The agency said they will mourn for three days.
