Crown Prince chairs second-night funeral chanting for late King Bhumibol

BANGKOK, 16 October 2016 (NNT) – His Royal Highness Crown Prince Maha Vajiralongkorn yesterday attended the second-night funeral chanting of His Late Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej at the Dusit Maha Prasat Throne Hall in the Grand Palace.

His Royal Highness arrived at the Throne Hall at 9.15 p.m., accompanied by Their Royal Highnesses Princess Bajrakitiyabha and Princess Sirivannavari Nariratana. His Royal Highness paid homage to the royal remains in the golden urn, and then proceeded to the front of the Nine-Tiered White Umbrella of State altar where he paid homage to Buddha statues.
