King recovers after treatment to infections in respiratory system
BANGKOK, 5 September 2016 (NNT) – His Majesty the King’s condition has improved after royal physicians performed the so-called Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT) to treat infections in his respiratory system, the Bureau of the Royal Household announced on Sunday (Sept 4).
The statement indicated that His Majesty’s pulse rate, blood pressure and breathing rate were all back to normalcy. The monarch no longer had fever while tests of blood and phlegm showed the infections had reduced in severity. An X-ray of the lungs showed only a little fluid remained.
