Thaksin Shinawatra sues consular affairs officials for his passport cancellation

Former premier Thaksin Shinawatra has filed a legal suit against the director-general of the Department of Consular Affairs and two senior officials for what he called illegal cancellation of his passports in May this year.

His quiet law suit was brought to the Administrative Court by his lawyer Wattana Tiangkul early this month.
