Cremation ceremony for the late Supreme Patriarch of Thailand begins today

BANGKOK, 15 December 2015 (NNT) – The Thai government has invited Buddhists to pay tribute to the late Supreme Patriarch of Thailand Somdet Phra Nyanasamvara in funeral rites that will begin today.

Spokesperson to the Prime Minister’s Office Major General Sansern Keawkamnerd said those wishing to attend day one of the funeral rites are urged to dress politely.
