Pattaya police are cracking down on overpriced lottery tickets. Lottery tickets have a price cap of 80 baht even for the most expensive ticket.

Some vendors have been charging as much as 120 baht each. When buying lottery tickets count the number of tickets and do not pay over 80 baht per ticket. You are being ripped off if you pay more than 80 baht. You can help the police in their crackdown by simply not buying anything from these rip off artists.
