Democrat leader Abhisit Vejjajiva has admitted the spill-over of criticism of flood handling by the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration is affecting the popularity of the party in the capital.

Mr Abhisit said on Wednesday the anger of Bangkokians after the floods was understandable.
