Doctors have advised HRH Princess Chulabhorn to suspend royal duties for three months after discovering she has a pancreatic infection, according to the Royal Household Bureau.

On Tuesday, doctors at Vichaiyut Hospital in Bangkok where the princess is being treated said an examination showed an infection in the princess’s pancreas caused by systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).
