Power plant at Map Ta Phut caught on fire, no one hurt

BANGKOK, 29 July 2014 (NNT) – A fire broke out at the Map Ta Phut industrial estate in Rayong province on Tuesday but caused no deaths or injuries. It is now controlled.

The fire took place inside a building of the Bangkok Cogeneration company located at Map Ta Phut. Firefighters and fire trucks from the Map Ta Phut municipality and other organizations were mobilized to extinguish and control the blaze.
