Foreign Language sticker and Graffiti cause panic in Pattaya

A concerned member of the public reported the presence of a foreign language sticker and graffiti depicting the letter and number “C4” which had appeared in Central Pattaya, and feared it could be the work of foreign terrorists linked to the recent Bangkok bombing incident.

Early on Tuesday Morning, Khun Tawee aged 50 reported the sighting in front of Soi 2 on Central Pattaya Road and suspected it may be related to the stickers found in Bangkok which are thought to have led the Iranian bombers to Israeli targets.
