Twenty year old Patcharida “Julie” Rodkongkha, who is half Thai and half English, was crowned Miss Thailand World 2011 on Sunday.

Julie, a freshman student at Fashion Design Raffles International, takes home more than Bt6 million. She will represent Thailand in the Miss World pageant in London, England in November.

Julie was born in England and moved to Thailand just over two years ago yet she can speak Thai fluently.
