THAILAND – A RANGSIT University student who allegedly drove his Porsche into a young woman last Friday, cutting her body into half, has surrendered to police yesterday.
He has been released on bail after being charged with manslaughter and hit-and-run.
The suspect, who cannot be identified because he is 19 years of age, apologised for hitting and killing 17-year-old Khambai Inthilad, a Laotian, before driving a further 10 kilometres and fleeing from the car in panic.
