Thai Police capture drug gang in Chanthaburi, drug courier at Suvarnabhumi

BANGKOK, Dec 7 – The police on Tuesday arrested an Israeli national drug dealer and his gang members selling drug to tourists and a Kenyan drug trafficker was arrested at Suvarnabhumi Airport.

Yisrael Krispin, 43, an Israeli national was apprehended in a housing estate in the eastern province of Chanthaburi. The police seized a car, a bank account with a Bt750,000 (US$25,000) balance and 100,000 Yen (US$1,200) in cash.

The arrest of Mr Krispin led to arrests of additional six gang members holding 150 ecstasy pills, 32 grammes of cocaine and 100 grammes of crystal methamphetamine, also known as ice.
