Jomtien – At mid-morning today, July 12th, 2019, a man believed to be in his early to mid-fifties was arrested after several calls to police and district officials stating that a naked man was running in and out of traffic on Jomtien Beach.

The man, who did not give any sort of identification or answer any questions, was arrested and will be brought, according to law enforcement officials, to aid agencies to determine his identity and seek assistance for him.
