Prime Minister Prayut Chan-ocha believes there are someone who funded the publication and distribution of a distorted version of the draft constitution many copies of which emerged in northern provinces.

Publication of a distorted version of the draft charter is regarded as falsifying officials documents which is against the law, he said, adding that an investigation is under way to find out who are responsible for these illegal acts.
