Constantin Avdoshkin, a 29-year-old Russian tour guide in Pattaya is being deported back to Russia, to face charges of running a prostitution ring that included minors.

The suspect had fled to Thailand in 2010 to escape prosecution. He settled in Pattaya, where he married a Thai and fathered a child.
