Man Arrested for Smuggling Cell Phone Accessories into Chiang Rai Prison

A 19 year-old man was arrested while trying to smuggle a cell phone into Chiang Rai Prison.

Nineteen year-old Kietkul Cheurmur, a native of Chiang Rai Province, was arrested while trying to throw ten cellphone headsets across the wall of Chiang Rai Central Prison.
