Thai PM Yingluck Shinawatra declines media questions

BANGKOK, Aug 22 – Thai Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra on Monday declined to answer today’s doorstep media questions saying some issues were merely created for politically-motivated purposes.

The Thai premier’s latest move came as she refused to answer media questions but instead posted messages gathering her comments on her Facebook social network page stating that many issues have been raised to inappropriately draw attention to or distort facts.

She said in her Facebook page that the government has three urgent missions to accomplish, including relieving and resolving problems related to natural disasters–floods, as well as problems concerning domestic and impacts from the global economy.
