A hoax bomb threat directed at a Phuket-bound Thai AirAsia flight prompted an emergency response on the southern resort island. A car bomb killed two and wounded eight near a cock-fighting ring in tambon Na Pradu, Khok Pho district, Pattani province, at 4.30pm on Wednesday.
