A serial killer is believed active in Pathum Thani province, where three homeless people have been murdered in tambon Prachathipat of Thanyaburi district in the past three days.

Police said the third body was found near Princess Mother National Institute for Drug Abuse Treatment on Phahon Yothin Road early on Thursday morning.
