Security officials have arrested a woman alleged to be the mastermind of the Criminal Court car park bombing.

The woman identified only as “Dear” was arrested on Thursday evening in the northeastern province of Mukdahan and was taken to an undisclosed location by military officials for questioning, local media reported.
