Satun hit by smoke from Indonesian fires

SATUN, 28 June 2014 (NNT) — The sky over the southern province of Satun has become a blanket of smog, believed to be from Indonesia’s forest fires.

According to the Director of Satun’s Natural Resources and Environment office, Thanit Nooyim, the province has been hit by smog from Indonesia which was brought by the strong wind on the Andaman sea.
