South Korean Businessman Arrested in 19 Million THB Fraud in Koh Samui

Surat Thani immigration police coordinated with the International Police in South Korea to arrest a South Korean businessman who fled an arrest of a fraud case for over $600,000 U.S. dollars approximately 19 million THB.

He tried to hide on the Island of Koh Samui.
