Jomtien – An unidentified male foreigner collapsed with a severe health emergency in front of a Family Mart on Soi Fifteen in Jomtien early this afternoon.

Luckily, two Municipal Law Enforcement officers nearby, along with several witnesses helped fan the man down and immediately called rescue services for assistance.
