A Finnish man had died after falling from an 18-storey condominium in Jomtien yesterday in a suspected suicide.

52-year-old Rusanen Olavei had recently arrived in Thailand and was staying at the R-Con Apartments on Soi Buakhao. He had told his girlfriend on Thursday morning that he was going to Jomtien to visit a friend.
