Thai PM Admits Situation Critical; Officials Finding Ways for Water to Pass Through Bangkok
Thai Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra admits that the flood situation remains critical. She said the northern runoff is coming faster than anticipated and officials are having a hard time controlling the direction of the flood.
However, Yingluck went on to say that she is confident Bangkok will remain safe.
