According to the woman, the situation intensified after she clearly communicated she only viewed him as a friend. Despite her clarification, the man repeatedly visited her workplace and made continuous phone calls. The harassment escalated into direct threats when he sent her a photograph of a rock, explicitly threatening to throw it through the coffee shop window if she did not meet with him immediately.

The accuser provided supporting evidence, including screenshots of the threatening messages. In an attempt to damage the business, the man also posted a one-star review on Google Maps and encouraged others to do the same. He further claimed to have connections with influential local figures and threatened to use them to have the establishment shut down.

It remains unclear whether formal legal action has been initiated with the Phuket police authorities. The case has highlighted concerns about the safety of service industry workers and the mechanisms available to address harassment by foreign nationals.
