Upon entering the premises, authorities discovered more than 1,000 patrons still inside, many of them dancing. The pub was also found to be operating beyond legal hours by continuing to sell alcohol.

The raid followed complaints from local residents alleging that certain nightspots were operating illegally by permitting underage entry, selling alcohol after hours, and allowing drug use on their premises. The pub operator now faces multiple charges, including allowing minors on the premises, selling alcohol to underage individuals, operating beyond legal hours, and permitting drug-related activities in violation of the National Council for Peace and Order directives.

Suphan Buri Governor Piriya Chanthadilok confirmed on Wednesday that he is preparing to issue a five-year closure order for the venue. He explained that while previous inspections had not uncovered evidence of drug activity, the presence of a high-profile DJ on the night of the raid attracted a large crowd from neighboring provinces, prompting coordinated action with the DOPA. Governor Piriya emphasized that the operation required significant manpower and expertise due to the scale of the venue and the number of patrons present.
