PHUKET – Arrest warrants are being prepared for three British men accused of stabbing a French national multiple times during a violent altercation at a bar in Cherng Talay, Phuket. Police are working to track down the suspects, one of whom has already fled the country.

Authorities reviewed security camera footage from the scene, which provided partial coverage of the incident, along with additional video evidence submitted by witnesses. After analyzing the recordings, investigators identified one of the primary suspects as Emilio, a 35-year-old British national. His physical appearance closely matched the individual seen in the footage, and multiple witness statements corroborated his involvement in the attack.

Phuket Immigration later discovered that Emilio had left Thailand for Bali, Indonesia, on the same day as the incident. Two other British men, also captured in the CCTV footage, reportedly accompanied him. Witnesses told police that these two individuals participated in the assault, prompting investigators to seek arrest warrants for all three suspects.

Phuket police have submitted a formal request to the Phuket Provincial Court to issue the warrants. Additionally, they are coordinating with Interpol to locate and extradite the suspects back to Thailand to face charges.

The victim, whose condition has not been disclosed, was hospitalized following the attack. Authorities have not yet revealed the motive behind the violence but are treating the case as a serious criminal matter.

Police are urging anyone with additional information to come forward as the investigation continues. Meanwhile, efforts to detain the suspects internationally are underway, with Thai authorities determined to hold them accountable.
