Two Suspects Arrested in Pattaya After Horrific Attack on Laotian Woman

At 2:06 AM on March 25th, Pattaya Police apprehended two suspects linked to the assault of a Laotian woman early in February.

The individuals were identified as 23-year-old Ms. Ritthai, and 28-year-old Mr. Peerarat. They were arrested at a residence in Central Pattaya, along with the motorcycle used in the crime. The suspects had repainted the red-and-black Honda Wave 110i to gray in an attempt to evade authorities. Both suspects refused to provide any statements to reporters, stating that they would only speak to the police.
