The Karon Police told the Phuket Express that on Wednesday (March 6th) at 5:00 P.M. they and the Phuket Immigration arrested a suspect identified only as MR. S., 57, a Swedish national. He was arrested at a bar on the Tai Na Road in Karon.
Norwegian woman arrested for driving for passengers on Koh Phangan
The arrest follows Phuket Immigration cracking down on illegally working foreigners in Phuket. The Swedish man was found allegedly recommending beverages to customers at the bar.
