Wat Huay Mongkol Temple in Hua Hin

Wat Huay Mongkol is a Buddhist temple in the seaside resort city of Hua Hin, Prachuap Khiri Khan province, about 200 km south of Bangkok.

Commissioned by His Majesty Queen Sirikit of Thailand, the temple features the largest statue of Luang Pu Thuat (หลวงปู่ทวด) a revered Buddhist monk who performed miracles.

Near the entrance of the temple there is a beautiful statue of King Mongkut (Rama IV).
