Four Pattaya boys aged 14-16 fatally shot one teen and severely injured another. The boys have been arrested.The Pattaya police said that, the boys were members of the same gang but they had quarreled before planning to deceive their friends in order to rob a gun.

PATTAYA – March 28, 2012 [PDN]; Pol. Maj. Gen. Jamnong Rattanakul, Police Commissioner, Chonburi province and detective team detained four Pattaya teenagers age: 14-16 identified as: Mr. “Oat” or Oat Wattharm age 16, Mr. Off age 15, Mr. “Ice” age 15 and Mr. “Bing” age 14, the suspects are charged with murder and unlawful posession of a firearm.
